How to switch from Fresha to Moshee
Leave Fresha without losing a single client. Export your list, drop it into Moshee, and you're running in minutes — with no commission, ever.
Thinking of leaving Fresha? You won't lose your clients, and you'll never pay commission again. Here's how to move over — most stylists are done in under ten minutes.
What you'll need
Your client list from Fresha, as a spreadsheet (a CSV file). That's it.
Step 1 — Create your Moshee account
Go to app.moshee.net and sign up with your email — it only takes a minute, and there's no password to remember.
Step 2 — Get your clients out of Fresha
In Fresha, go to Clients → Clients list, tap Options (top right) and choose Export → CSV. (On the Fresha app it's Clients → Actions (⋮) → Export.) You'll get a spreadsheet with your clients' names, phone numbers, emails and notes.
Their saved card details stay in Fresha — but you don't need those. The names, numbers and emails are what matter, and those all come across.
Can't see the export, or stuck? Don't worry — send us whatever you've got and we'll bring your clients in for you.
Step 3 — Bring them into Moshee
- Tap Clients.
- Tap the + at the top.
- Choose Import CSV and drop your file in.
- Check the preview looks right.
- Tick the box to confirm you've got permission to store their details, then tap Import.
Your whole client book is now in Moshee. 🎉
Step 4 — Set yourself up
- Tap the ⚙ gear, then Hours, and set when you're open.
- Add your services (or tweak the ones we start you with).
- Grab your booking-page link from Settings and share it.
"What about the 20% commission?"
There isn't one. Moshee is a flat £10 a month — no commission on your bookings, ever. When clients pay with Moshee Pay, the money goes straight to your own bank, and we never take a cut.
