How to switch from Timely to Moshee
Leaving Timely? Export your clients, drop them into Moshee, and keep every one — flat £10 a month, and no card fees with Moshee Pay.
Timely's tidy, but you're on a tiered subscription that climbs as you grow. Here's how to move your clients to Moshee — a flat £10 a month, and clients pay straight into your bank.
What you'll need
Your client list from Timely.
Step 1 — Create your Moshee account
Go to app.moshee.net and sign up with your email — it only takes a minute, and there's no password to remember.
Step 2 — Get your clients out of Timely
On a computer, sign in at app.gettimely.com and go to Reports → Client overview report (under Client reports). Tap the CSV button to download it. You'll get a spreadsheet with your clients' names, numbers and emails.
If it's a big list, Timely emails the file to your registered address instead of downloading it straight away — just grab it from your inbox.
Step 3 — Bring them into Moshee
- Tap Clients.
- Tap the + at the top.
- Choose Import CSV and drop your file in.
- Check the preview looks right.
- Tick the box to confirm you've got permission to store their details, then tap Import.
Your whole client book is now in Moshee. 🎉
Step 4 — Set yourself up
- Tap the ⚙ gear, then Hours, and set when you're open.
- Add your services (or tweak the ones we start you with).
- Grab your booking-page link from Settings → Shop and share it.
