How to switch from Vagaro to Moshee

Vagaro works, but the monthly bill (plus more for each extra person) and card fees add up. Here's how to move your clients to Moshee — flat £10, and clients pay straight into your bank.

What you'll need

Your customer list from Vagaro.

Step 1 — Create your Moshee account

Go to app.moshee.net and sign up with your email — it only takes a minute, and there's no password to remember.

Step 2 — Get your customers out of Vagaro

On a computer, go to Reports → Customers, tap Export (bottom-right) and choose Excel. (On the Vagaro Pro app: More → Reports → Customers → Action → Excel.) Only the business owner can export the customer list.

Vagaro exports an Excel file, not a CSV. Just open it and Save As → CSV, then import that in the next step. Not sure how? Send us the file and we'll do it.

Step 3 — Bring them into Moshee

1. Tap Clients.
2. Tap the + at the top.
3. Choose Import CSV and drop your file in.
4. Check the preview looks right.
5. Tick the box to confirm you've got permission to store their details, then tap Import.

Your whole client book is now in Moshee. 🎉

Step 4 — Set yourself up

• Tap the ⚙ gear, then Hours, and set when you're open.
• Add your services (or tweak the ones we start you with).
• Grab your booking-page link from Settings → Shop and share it.

Why switch?

Vagaro charges a monthly subscription (and more for each extra staff member) plus a card fee on every payment. Moshee is a flat £10 a month — no per-person add-ons — and clients pay bank-to-bank with Moshee Pay, with no card fees.
